Rewrite the Rules of Women Leading
What if caution has been costing you more than courage ever could?

There's a particular kind of capable woman in NZ.
We get things done, hold things together, know our worth and still find ourselves hesitating before taking up space.
It's not imposter syndrome. It's more nuanced than that. A voice that sounds a lot like humility, but quietly keeps us in our lane.
But we've outgrown that lane. We've known it for a while. The hesitation isn't doubt it's habit. Old conditioning dressed up as caution.
We are inviting you to draw a line in the sand!

Who is this for?
This 2 hour workshop is for you if:
You hesitate sometimes to take up space. You're not lacking ability or experience, but you're done checking yourself before you back yourself.
You're excited by being in a room that lends proximity and connection to other like minded women.
You're ready for a practical, no-nonsense session with tools, not therapy, not cheerleading.
You're quietly excellent at what you do and privately tired of holding back in rooms you could be leading.
You want to understand exactly what's been running the show and more importantly- how to shift it
Knowledge about the stories you have been running in the background
Tools to interrupt those stories
A strategy for speaking up, even when its uncomfortable
Connection to others
The antidote the fear
This session blends two powerful lenses:
Mindfluence — understanding how attention and mindset influence the way we think, decide, and communicate.
The Sleepwalking Effect™ — recognising the invisible habits and cultural scripts that shape our behaviour without us possibly realising it. And how to rewrite and rewire these.
Through interactive activities, and practical experiments you’ll leave with new awareness, fresh perspective, and simple actions
• The real opportunity is not proving women can lead, it’s everyone benefiting when they do
• When capable women contribute fully, the quality of decisions improves.
• Leadership improves when more of humanity is represented in the room.
• The goal is not to replace one leadership style with another, but to widen the lens for better impact.
Most leadership development teaches you what to do. This workshop addresses who you're being while you do it. Because skills don't mean much if your inner dialogue is undermining you at every turn.
This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about clearing the noise so your natural leadership can actually show up
